Cancellation and Refund Policy

According to our Terms of Service, we cannot issue refunds once we have started working on your project. After giving you a quote for your project, we will then wait for you to pay a non-negotiable and non-refundable 70% upfront fee for us to commence work. All clients are presented with and agrees to these Terms of Service before trusting us with their business, and paying the upfront fee means that the client agrees to our Terms of Service . If you do not agree with our Terms of Service, please do not commit by paying the non-negotiable and non-refundable 70% upfront fee.
